"I found the home buying process to be pretty stressful initially, especially as I was buying my first home. I had tried different realtors and felt as if it was rushed, or I just did not understand what I was really buying. They did not have the patience nor did they explain much (ex: what all the HOA’s REALLY entailed or if you could rent out a condo). It was hard to find someone to trust when it felt like the realtors were just trying to make a quick sale. I will say that John was a great realtor throughout the entire process and I’m glad I found him when I did. He was great at his job and really did seem to care that I found a home that I liked and would be a good fit for me. He was upfront, honest and communicated everything. I felt he advocated for me well and acted in my best interest when negotiating with the other realtor/sellers. He really did a great job and I can’t say that enough. I would recommend him to anyone."
