Joe is the broker-owner of Montana Life Real Estate. His energy and persistence has propelled him in 2019 to become a top 50 producer in the Big Sky, Bozeman, and Livingston markets. His knowledge of the area is unparalleled and has been well earned over the last decade. As a top producer in the area, Joe understands the value of proper marketing and field execution in buying and selling.

He has been a resident of Bozeman since 1997. He graduated with a degree in marketing from Montana State University and attended Hawaii Pacific University with a focus on Advertising. He created the Montana Real Estate Show television show in 2005, which led to a career in real estate sales in 2007.

Joe is known for his energy, enthusiasm, and friendly personality, which has translated into him becoming a top producer in Western Montana. With a background in land he is one of the few agents that has extensive experience in all areas of real estate. Joe's mantra of treating everyone the same in Montana, parallels his belief in the golden rule. Joe and his wife Serena reside in Bozeman and feel blessed to be raising their two kids on the slopes of Big Sky and in the wilderness of the Northern Rockies.
